If there was one piece of art you could feature in, which would it be and why?

I would like to be a part of Richard Tuttle's upcoming installation in the Turbine Hall at the Tate Modern. The piece represents all my passions, it's incredible!

Who inspires you and why? an artist, a family member, someone current or historical?

There are many people who inspire me, but nothing more so than the island of Ibiza. Ibiza is such an incredible place and it has been my spiritual home for many years.

What are your cultural aspirations? what do you still want to see, do and achieve?

I would love to do the Land Art Road Trip across the US in an RV with all of my children, and then a trip to the Benesse Art Site in Naoshima. My dream is to visit all the cultural heritage sites in the world while it is still possible to do so, and to explore the places I have not yet visited. Cultural travels inspire me and give me so many ideas which I then try to integrate into whatever project I happen to working on at the time. One place I would really like to visit is Rapa Nui National Park on Easter Island, to see the monolithic human figures carved out of stone.

What are your favourite cultural cities in the world and why?

My favourite cultural city in the world is Isfahan. It was the capital of Persia twice, and even today the city retains much of its past glory. Isfahan is famous for Islamic architecture, beautiful palaces, mosques, minarets, covered bridges as well as paintings and has an important part in history. St.Petersburg and Istanbul are places that I rate very highly as both cultural and historical destinations. You cannot not be inspired and moved when visiting any of these cities.

What are you up to at the moment and where can we find it?

We are working on Real Nois, an initiative to combine art, music and technology to create a platform for creativity and not consumption. September 2014.
